Bioethanol

Recently I am interested in bioethanol. Bioethanol means, the ethanol which it is made from botanical resources,like sugar cane or corn .

Bioehanol is expected as the energy source, because it is renewable natural energy and don’t increase quantity of atmospheric carbon dioxide by combustion.

However it is point out as problem that a carbon dioxide reduction effect when look through the whole production process, effectiveness as the energy means of production and competition with the food.

Raw materials of the bioethanol are biological material containing carbohydrates.

Judging from production efficiency, it usually uses botanical resources containing a lot of glucide or starch. Therefore the following farm products are mainly used as raw materials. Sugar cone, cone and sugar beet and so on..

   Bioethanol is almost used as fuel. Because it has following favorable characteristics as the fuel. In theory, it is inexhaustible energy because of made from renewable botanical resource. It don’t increase quantity of atmospheric carbon dioxide by the combustion

It is easy to mix with gasoline

   In generally, when it mixes with gasoline, the fuel is indicated like this 

Exx is show us that what percentage include in the mixed fuel.　

For example E10 is included 10% biothanol. .In Japan, government is promoting to adopt E3 .In this year, as a first step, In 50 places of service station in metropolitan areas started to supply with E3.

   Bioethanol has some merit. However it has demerit too. For example competition with the food, costs, is it really good for environment, and so on.

Now everyone do not clearly know, merit or demerit which is bigger for our life and environment. But I think that we should produce the bioethanol. Because it is good for environment to compared the fossil fuel and it is renewable natural energy.

  I have take sociology class from April . Sociology means ”the sientific study of societies and the behavior of people in group ” .Sociology show us what is the society composed and what kind of function do it do against society . From April  , i had studied three kind of sociology , Family sociology ,Regional sociology ,Educational sociology .

 Family sociology show us about the family’s function ,what kind of family type is majority ,and family configuration . Familiy is the one of the most basic society unit . In japan , we know what kind of family type is most . It is nuclear family which is composed by one couple and them child . This is not changing  from 1980s . But nuclear family’s  content is changing . 30 years ago  most popular nuclear family type is composed by one couple and them child . However it is  gradually decreasing because of the declining birthrate . In 2020 maybe the nuclear family type of composed by only couple will become most popular type .

  Regional sociology explain about the community function , and compare  city with rural . In japan , Recently community is weakend . In city .pepole don’t interest other people . Even they live the next door or same flat . Therefore they don’t care about  something which other people do a suspicious action . It is not good security for living area .

  In 17, 18th  centure , People started to do a rational tjinking . It is said  the philosophy of the Enlighterment .  It is the beginning of the educational sociology . Educational sociology’s most important topic is ” What subject do we should teach , What is the most effective teaching way ”

  I think that above sociogy’s reserch content  is closely related to our life . For example ,  declining birthrate , aging of the  population , community function , education and so on. Now  sociology is not popular subject . I don’t know anything about sociology before i take the class . Sociology is very important for our life and very attractive subject for me . So i hope that sociology become a more popular subject like Mass or English.
